How might we create a culture of innovation in our practice? That was the question this morning for my ALPMA: Australasian Legal Practice Management Association webinar on culture and strategies for positive change. It was great to share challenges, hear best practice and share tools for creating safe spaces to share ideas, practical ways to bring it the workplace and simple design thinking and problem solving approaches to innovation. Most importantly though, is allowing regular opportunities to share ideas and feedback, encouraging creativity and making it clear that people have permission to experiment. I can't wait to deliver our upcoming sessions on problem solving and decision making and big thank you to the ALPMA team for the opportunity and the great questions and ideas.
