FAQs
How is the course run?
All the course resources are available online via a google classroom website, with links to pdf documents and audios on soundcloud. You'll be emailed the resources and reflections for that week each Monday and received feedback within 48 hours on each task. Any questions in between you're welcome to email or call Bethan any time.
How much time does it take?
Each week, you can expect to spend about 45 minutes listening to the audios and reading the corresponding pdfs. You may find you need to listen and make notes more than once. The reflection tasks will take about an hour each week, then the additional habits you choose to report on will take as long as you want them to! So in total, about 2-3 focussed hours per week, thought you may spend longer thinking about and discussing the concepts you're learning. The more effort you put in, the more you will get out.
I haven't studied for a long time, will I be able to do it?
YES! It may feel a little outside your comfort zone, but if you're not challenging yourself, you're not changing. The course website is very user friendly and you can do it on your smartphone or computer. You can submit photos of handwritten reflections or type them online. If you're choosing face to face support then Bethan can help you with the software. There is some 'academic' content, but the reflections are very personal and not at all like writing an essay.
